We encourage and advise you to discuss all medical issues with your medical doctor in the United States, before making a decision on medical treatment outside the United States.
You agree to assume all responsibility in connection with choosing any doctor, hospital, or wellness center for your desired procedure. | Payment Terms |

| GLOBAL Medical Care, Inc will charge a one time small administrative fees. All participants will be required to make payment through certified check, personal check, or money order at the time of registration.
Payments for your medical treatment and travel arrangements will be made directly to the medical provider, wellness center, or travel agency, subject to the individual payment terms and conditions of those providers. |

| Cancellation & Changes |
|
| Because of the special nature of the medical and wellness solutions featured in this Site, our affiliates may impose variable cancellation fees. You agree that GLOBAL Medical Care, Inc has no control over such fees and cannot consider making any exceptions to these charges. Airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation fees; some of which may be non-refundable. To protect against cancellation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation Protection and Travel Interruption Insurance. |

| All participants must be in possession of a valid passport during time of travel. Depending on length of visit, a Visa may be required for some or all of the countries visited. Please check your visa requirement at time of booking. GLOBAL Medical Care, Inc will provide visa information when applicable. |
